I chose a local small business like us to customize signage for our door. We worked with Sophia, she coordinated everthing from start to finish. I like the fact that i direct contact with her throughout the entire process.

If I could give this company a negative star I would. I researched many companies in the area and chose Legendary because of the reviews. Coby the owner came out to do the estimate and everything was great. I was told in the beginning it would take 5-6 weeks but I was ok with that since I wanted our logo to look great. The installers came out and did a nice job with the vinyl on the door but the 3D logo that was in the office was horrible. The installers asked me to take a look and at first I thought it looked great but the closer I got I noticed the glue they used was all over the majority of the graphics bars and it was seeping out from top to bottom. I asked will this clear up and they told me it would and you wouldn't notice anything after a few hours. The next day it was even worse. I reached out to their office and told them I was not happy with how it came out. I sent them a video and they agreed this was not right. They told me they would have someone come out and take a look. It was Thanksgiving week and I did not expect anyone to come out. The owner Coby came out on December 5th and I was in shock about his comments. He said if you stand back here I can't really notice it and in our profession there will be imperfections. I said for the price we paid compared to the other companies in the area this is unacceptable. We went closer to it about 3-4 feet away and I asked him how can you tell me as the owner of this company that this is acceptable. He acknowledged that there was some over use of the glue and reiterated that it's not that bad if you're far away and even said do your clients come this close? I was very disappointed with the outcome but even more disappointed by his response to the glue that was smearing and leaking under the graphic signs. This was shocking as he even acknowledged the glossiness of the glue on the wall. As a small business owner it takes a lot for me to write a negative review like this. Save your money and the headache and try anywhere else. Especially if the owner himself has no pride in the work being done.
