        The manager here uses discounted shipping and delivery rates as a way to get positive reviews before people leave the store. The store shopping experience is fine but the long waits for furniture, terrible delivery and non existent communication and never answering the phones makes post-purchase experience a nightmare. BUYER BEWARE! They will make promises they cant deliver !

        The attention and quality service. Lorena, the salesperson, super friendly and charming and patient. Both the manager Alberto and Lorena made the purchase easy and detailed. I highly recommend coming to this Ashley in Manassas.
