I had the honor of Mike representing me for my child custody/visitation case and if I had to do it all over again Id still choose Mike! Before I hired Mike, I was fearful of how things would go but he reassured me every step of the way. He was the light in the darkest time of my life! Hes extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. Not only that, hes a genuine person and stands on morals ! Its amazing to see what he does in the courtroom! He is a no nonsense kind of guy and executes a clean delivery EVERY TIME! Hes changed our lives for the better and thats what matters to me the most. If you ever are in the position to be able to retain Mike , please do it ! The only question youll ask yourself is why didnt I do it sooner ?

If you are lucky enough to have Mr. Daugherty as your attorney (if he is even available, given his caseload and the number of people that are trying to hire him as their attorney!). He is incredibly adapt, intelligent, well-rounded, and only has your best interests at heart. He is two steps ahead and takes a clients priorities and considerations into account while maintaining their best interest. Hes also hilarious and a very kind person- yet aggressive when necessary - I have been so impressed with his work ethic, product, responsibility and timeliness.
