I had a terrific experience with Beacon Home services and would encourage anyone who needs electricity support to contact them. We had an issue with our kitchen 3-way circuit so we tried them based upon their strong reviews. Rebecca was great at scheduling the service time that met our schedule and Nelson did a wonderful job of troubleshooting our issue and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. We are in need of plumbing services so we will definitely give them a call.

We called Beacon, who did the original install of our panel for the previous home owners, due to water leaking into the panel during a rainstorm. Rebecca was helpful in dispatching Mr. Friday to us 2 hours earlier than the original window provided! Mr. Friday arrived, inspected the exterior power feed and the electric panel. He provided a few options and his recommendation for the fix. He was very knowledgeable and patient while explaining everything he saw and what he thought. He completed the repair in less than 3 hours, which included replacing every breaker in the panel. Overall great experience even in an unfortunate circumstance!
