They are kind, but I believe it's a way to gain their trust so you won't question their judgement. My x-rays from May 2022 were perfect and then suddenly in October I had 7 cavities. I got fillings that I probably never needed, and have been in pain for months. I was charged for a laser treatment to help with pain that my new (reputable) dentist has never even heard of being used for fillings. I was sold a costly membership plan that didn't cover half of my bills, that wasn't even explained to me. They took advantage of me as a vulnerable, nervous student. Thanks for breaking my trust, and taking me for literally everything I had.

Horrible experience! Doctor did not provide antibiotics for a horrible infection.
