        First, I would like to say how disappointed I am with the customer service from the front desk. I have been a patient for a year and today I arrived and noticed a new face at the front desk. And a new assistant working with the Dentist. As I sat down, I mention to the assistant that it seem like my treatment plan is taking to long, she then says to me " You can go get treated some where else "! I looked at her and said that I'm not having a good experience and that she did not have to say that and that she should have more compassion and came up with a professional response. It was a very stressful experience . She offered sarcasm and apologized . I love the dentist but the help I don't care for .
