        Great customer service and great dental work

        I went in as my crown fell out and wanted them to paste it again. They insisted on needed multiple x-rays to see what treatment would be best, and I kept explaining that I just wanted them to fix it but they insisted on doing other things. I ended up nor doing anything and left.

        The dentist is really nice overall but the reception staff is not that great when it comes to sending out bills and checking insurance coverage. There was multiple times where they had miscommunication and had to reach out to insurance to check coverage, which is part of their job. Before any procedure or any dental work they should always be checking the insurance, and it doesnt take a week for them to contact they should be able to contact insurance right away. And for billing they kept sending my billing to another family member who also goes to that dentist and not to me directly so there was times I was not correctly receiving my bills and then charged for later again. So that can be very frustrating when they have all of my contact information already on profile. So not sure why they kept sending to a different family member.
