Now called "Flores, Morales & Hangval" decided to go to them because my dentist at the time was not with my insurance.
First they tried to sell me on implants, removing all my teeth was not an option. Morales did an okay job with a root canal and filling. So I had my teeth cleaned it was identified that cleanings were normally handled by health insurance, this office was not a provider for my health insurance - I identified this and contacted my dental insurance about it, they stated that all the office had to do was to call up and state that they did not subscribe to my health insurance. I notified the office that this was the case by phone.
I then decided to have a couple of cavities taken care of, it was a stand alone molar and the cavities were not noticed. When Morales filled them hit a nerve, in addition the molar was sharp. For weeks I was in pain, called them up to have it addressed, he ground on it so it was not sharp and provided more pain. This was November, to eat I touch my tongue to the tooth to desensitise it, it is now April and I seem to be used to it now.
I called up complaining that the pain remained in December, January they started sending me bills - I was paid up. The bill did not specify which service it was for. I wrote to them asking for clarification, the next bill just stated that I should review my records. I called up my Dental Insurance and they identified that I had called about the cleanings but the office had not requested payment - the amount on the bill matched what the insurance would pay (if the office did their job and called). I wrote to them this time and still the bills come.
Take your pick - selling tooth removal / implants, pain resulting from normal services or billing mistakes with this office.
