I am overall pleased with the services I've received for my son from the staff at this establishment. The staff here are pleasant and friendly and communicates very well when it comes to the well being of my child. I would recommend TLE to my friends and family.

Poor management and the mixing of classes/ age groups never a clear explanation as to what happened,and former employees are now being told,that to access their W-2s , they would have to wait until she retrieves them from her home That's a major Hippa violation, and I'm appalled at the way this business is being ran

One simple mistake made me reflect my opinion on this daycare. I debated on posting a review but then ultimately decided this was important enough to post. I dropped off my son early in the morning & he was having a rough day as it was. Then my husband came home from picking him up & my face dropped when I saw him. He looked like he was beat up. He had scratches on his face & had two huge bite marks on his arm. I called the director immediately & her response was that they would be calling every parent if there were marks below the neck now im very empathetic & understand what goes on with kids especially since they can be rough with one another. However this was crazy to me. My three year old son came home with tears in his eyes & looked so scared. It broke my heart. Im honestly so disappointed because we were there close to a year & I could have at least gotten a courtesy call or something!!!! I would have gone to pick my son up because he obviously had a bad day. At the end of the day i decided to pull my kid out of this daycare because they obviously didnt care enough about the situation. I even sent pictures & the director gave me the run around saying she looked at his back but it wasnt on his back it was clearly on his arm which made me realize she most likely wasnt even there when it happened or she was oblivious to the situation. Very disappointed we had to leave but at the end of the day its your childs safety that matters & youre paying them to watch your child.

We have been part of The Learning Experience Manassas family for 5 years. We've been very pleased with how well they take care of our little girl. We cannot recommend this establishment enough to our friends. Staff is very attentive. The building is clean and well maintained. Our little girl is very well prepared to attend kindergarten. Thank you very much, TLE.
