Our family recently moved to the area and enrolled our son into a daycare/preschool close to our house. It did not take us long to see that was not working out. We moved him to Childtime, which was a little out of our way but without a doubt worth it. Three big points they hit: I was able to make a real person connection to the staff. They were always compassionate, concerned with my child's care and offered genuine support to our family. My son LOVED everyone there. Kids don't lie, so if he is happy that tells me he is being treated in a way he feels is nurturing. They were able to make personalized concessions based on our needs. It was not just a one size fits all facility, it is evident they understand every child has specific needs that need to be addressed and they see to it they are. We could not be happier with Childtime and the staff at this location. I trust this center with my most cherished and know they are a solid resource not just for my son but my whole family.

My nephew has been attending childtime for 5 years now. Wonderful staff and Director. Personable, supportive, informative and understanding. Best investment I've made.

My daughter applied for a job here. She has a speech impediment. She got a call back for an interview. The minute the director heard her speech on the phone she said they weren't hiring and hung up.

I am disheartened by the way they cared for my infant on his first day in daycare. I expected him to be sad but I did not expect to see the teachers ignore him while he was on the floor crying and looking for someone to comfort him. I did not expect the teacher to carry him with such roughness and leave him crying in the crib for over 15 minutes. I did not expect to see the teacher hold an entire conversation while my baby is on the changing table (her back to him!) and then roughly just put him on the floor while hes still crying! Another teacher even walked by him several times and still didnt care to comfort him. I am so grateful for the cameras because I would have kept leaving my child to people who care nothing for him. And when i rushed over to pick him up, he had dried up food all on his face and in giving him a bath soon after, he had leftover poop still there. As a first time parent, how am I to ever trust another daycare?!

Initially we had no issues with this school. My son was adjusting well and due to Covid this was important because we could not walk him to his class. Unfortunately that ended quickly because my son was constantly sick! I think we got him COVID tested four times and he was out every other week for about a week. On average he was in school two weeks out of the month and we still had to pay partial payment when he was out. We were not getting our moneys worth at all. We still had to pay registration fees and summer fees but he was at home with us. I work from home and it became harder to work while nursing my son back to good health each week. The last straw was when he got hand, foot, and mouth and they didnt notify the other parents. That was my first clue that they could have been aware of the illnesses going around and not telling parents. Its a pandemic and nothing is more terrifying than your one year old screaming from pain and having fevers every week. Keep on mind this was in a six month period. I called to tell them what he had and she said sorry your son cant handle the germs as if they couldnt clean the facility better and he was the problem. I also found out other kids were sick as well and no signs posted no nothing! This to me was a screaming red flag. They also sent him home with other kids pacifiers and a few times tried to send him home without a jacket. Apparently they didnt know he came in with one and it would be freezing outside. Also a sign that he was going outside to play in the cold without a jacket. Professional and friendly staff and affordable but not clean enough in my opinion because he has not been sick, not once since we pulled him out. Kids will get sick in daycare but this is my FOURTH child in daycare and we have never experienced that before. Very stressful.
