I really hate to write reviews for a small business but the workmanship and customer service was definitely not on par. I Took my truck in for headlight polish. My truck is a 2021 ram 1500 so its a newer truck. They did the headlight polished and it was only about 50% better I asked the repairman why it doesnt look so good he The truck had it done before and they messed it up. Keep in mind I bought the truck brand new. I am the first owner and never had gotten this done before so there is a The first lie. Secondly, he continued to say that he told me it wasnt going to be like no that was the second although I didnt expect it to be like new. I expected it to look better. Which it doesnt He became a bit defensive, so I decided to pay for the repair and leave, hoping theyre a local business. I expect to be treated a bit better than what I was.

I hate that I have to write this review after several good years with this shop! Shop will normally beat other local competitor pricing. I always get a 2nd or third opinion before I repair a vehicle. Lately the owner who I will just call (Mr. A) has been busy with other small businesses that he's starting up (awesome). Now that he is mostly gone. I have had two instances of damage to my vehicle's while repairs were being completed. One occasion he just said fine he will cover the repair. About 5 months later I took my daughters VW beetle in to check the A/C and dash warning code. Upon picking up the car my daughters glove compartment latch was just dangling from the glove compartment box. Long story short (Mr. A) says to me that you've done this before. I asked what do you mean and he said none of his guys admitted to doing this damage (go figure) to the car and I was trying to pull a fast one on him again. After over 6 years of taking all six of my vehicles to him for work that he would say this to me over a $39 part had me in shock. He forgot that I could have taken him to court for a repair on my Model 3 Tesla that had my rear brake lines inoperable and malfunctioned while I was on the road. Luckily Tesla diagnosed the problem the same day of the incident and Mr. A was embarrased at fixed the brake line, but didn't reimburse me for the Tesla diagnostic fee's (had to email him the Tesla diagnostic report before he took responsibilty). I'm learning that in the Mannasas area the hard way... the cheapest or most affordable and is most likely not the best way to go.
