When you call you speak to a person. Josh is wonderful. Very pleasant and on top of things. Everyone I've met who works for them has been great. They came right out and placed my tank, hooked up and filled it so we could use our new fireplace. No one gives you service like they do and reasonable prices too.

Horrible service! They promise the world and give you NOTHING repeatedly. I have called and spoken to multiple employees all promising to take care of me. I spoke to the manager who promised a result the following week. Three weeks later and two phone calls it it still not fixed. I am done with them!

Outstanding customer service, prices are reasonable. Much better service than Arcet equipment who has a dictator like manager, attitude and bad customer relation. I loved Matheson staff and they went out of their way to get me regulator hose and sold me welding gas I needed same day. Recommend to anyone who is serious about welding supplier.

Awesome customer service. Chris, the operations manager here is top notch and does whatever it takes to find a mutually beneficial response to any issues you might have. I have had great experiences with all kinds of gasses, from propane to co2, and they always have my welding supply in stock. The counter guys, Larry and Derick will get whatever you need if they dont have it in stockmy stuff was there the next day! Prices are reasonable but the service here really sets them apart.
