I did a simple text return with a child credit and a 1099 form from a trust fund. I was charged $537.00. My sister who filed the exact same paperwork was charged a $189.00 from H&R block. When I called to inquire about the charges and asked if there was a possible mistake made they pretty much laughed at me and told me I probably should have filed with H&R. They also made a comment that I was still getting money back so what was the big deal. I will never use this tax service again.

We had our taxes done by Brenda Robinson for the last 3 or 4 years. Brenda is very easy to work with shes very polite Brenda is very knowledgeable very quick and just a pleasure to be around as long as she works in Appomattox we will be going back to her definitely and recommend her to our friends and family thank you Brenda
