        Friendly and helpful staff. Timely service for a Wal-Mart service center. We got an oil change and a set of tires done in about half the time as back home in Florida.

        I wouldnt even give them one star. Ordered tires Nov 25, still no tires as of today and was told 3-5 Business days. Spoke to two services managers who said Ill call you back for sure with infoNEVER HEARD FROM THEM. Phones ring off the hook. No one knows anything about anything. Terrible service and poor customer service. However what they will give you is excuse after excuse on why the tires arent there.

        Very unorganized and slow. Ordered 2 tires online, could only find one. Half an hour later they found the other tire. Was going to have them installed but ended up asking for my keys back and took the tires to have them installed elsewhere. Probably would have a better experience at a different location.
