Dollar General

got off work super late and needed to get a handful of necessities and two not so necessary items, all of which I could previously accounted for and knew the location of in store- milk, bread for my lunch, paper towels, AA batteries, a painting craft for my son because he broke his and desperately wanted a replacement(the important part.) I walk up to the door and it stays shut, I check the schedule 7-9 every day, as I glance down my eyes meet an employees, I then check my watch and its 8:51. I understand the employees want to be home, want to get cleaned up, want to do whatever. I understand theres a walmart a mile or so away. I dont understand how you could see someone is at your stores door with NINE minutes until you close and ignore them completely. I dont understand why they couldnt even follow their own schedule. Its pure laziness and selfishness. I wouldnt be so upset if walmart had the crafts my son wanted, or even something close. They didnt and I had to direct his and my frustration somewhere.

shelly is by far the best manager that dollar general has had, very kind very polite store very clean kept up and professional !!

Shelly, the store manager is extremely nice and helpful. She greeted me with a smile and asked what she could help with and just had the best customer service to be a dollar general!

I'm so sorry Virginia that I inconvienced you by having you ring me up instead of going through the self check out. I know you were super busy holding that wall up..I didn't mean to bother you.
