Since we have been taking our pets to Timberlake our experience has been very pleasant. We unfortunately had to euthanize one of our Great Pyrenees. The staff handled this emotional situation with compassion and professionalism beyond our expectations. We cannot thank Drew, Dr Pearson and Dr Marshall enough for their care.

This is my first ever Google review because I'm not the leave-a-review type of person. But I was blown away by the service I received at Timberlake Animal Hospital. They were quick to see the stray cat I found. But thorough and informational during the exam--with some humor and fun mixed in! I could tell they weren't trying to upsell or scam me into paying more by doing services at their facility which I appreciated. Everyone I talked to was kind and the vet even did a mock examination on my son's stuffed animal dragon when he asked about it. Overall it was a great experience and I will be using them if needed in the future! :)

I cannot get them to answer the phone, return my calls, or update a prescription. I guess I'll go somewhere else. Sad.
