Val's Comfort Kitchen

I have visited the establishment several times. The fried fish is fantastic. Unfortunately, lhe last time I ordered my meals came with some sudes. The yams and corn pudding was so sweet it wasnt even edible. I am talking pure sugar!!!! I was dumbfounded.

You don't find places like this anymore. The food was perfect, the atmosphere is wonderful, and everyone just has perfect personalities. If you want to eat good and enjoy yourself this is the place to go.

Visited Val's for the first time today to grab a bite to eat before seeing a movie. Everyone there was SUPER friendly and welcoming. They were patient as we figured things out and my family enjoyed our meal! We had some fried chicken, mac and cheese, sweet potato pudding, and collard greens. All delicious. We will definitely visit Val's again!

This is a fantastic restaurant with the best comfort food that hits a home run . The food is so tasteful of what homemade food should taste like. Seasoned to perfection with comfort and love. You will want to try every thing on the menu. Val is a blessing to talk to and her home cooked meals are fantastic. The staff is very friendly and very happy and they treat you like family. God has his blessings on this place and it's staff.if you want the best homemade meals this is the place to be . Comfort food and a great atmosphere and great homemade dessert just like grandma's. Val and her staff are just a delight to be around. Parking: Parking is available with a nice size parking lot with no problem parking. Wheelchair accessibility: The side walks to restaurant has handicap ramps so wheelchairs have plenty of room for mobility.

My family and I tried Val's today for the first time. It was out of this world. Great homemade meals and plenty of it in your meal. The largest sides I have ever gotten anywhere. This is a hidden gem if anyone doesn't know about it, you should definitely follow the facebook page. We got dessert to but can't imagine eating that right now, but I know it is going to be great. Val's just got a household of new customers.
