Great properties and good locations! Not very systematized process for applying/renting. I had applied to an apt recently with them and they gave me a designated time to pay the money for rent to secure the property (which is fair). Another property that was similar to the one I was applying for (2Bed, 2Bath) came available the day my payment was due, but the new apt was $200 less per month. I contacted P1 and confirmed that this property was available and was in fact the $200 less per month than the other property, with the same amount of BRs and Baths. I even asked why it was less expensive than the other 2Bed, 2Bath, and their representative gave me reasons for this. Becuase of this information, I asked them to switch my application to the new apartment that was a little less sq ft but $200 less/mo. They agreed. The next day I got a call saying that the new place was not in fact $200 but only $20 less per month. Instead of being $1,020 like advertised, it was $1,205. Apparently someone had incorrectly priced it on their website and their spokesperson who I contacted was misinformed. As a result I was not able to get the original place I wanted and the new apartment I had switched too was about $200 more than it had been marketed. Long story. They have good properties and fair initial pricing, but I feel short-changed. Definitely room for improvement in their marketing and management.

I had such a great experience at Priority One. The team was always helpful. My time with this company has been delightful and I would recommend Priority One to anyone that is looking to rent!

The location of the apartment complexes owned by this company are the main benefit. I have had several issues with Priority One, from managers that wont answer emails to maintenance that comes in at 8am and yells, anybody naked. However, most pressing is the noise complaint I filed with them in May. It is now December and I have been put down, dismissed, and treated unfairly. The Priority One team AS A WHOLE handled my situation with rudeness, disrespect, and an overall unprofessional manner. I even received contact from the owner and he made statements that I have proven false, and treated me as if I was the one at fault for not moving out. Sad to say the owner represents the team well, and the team is far from capable, qualified, and kind. I will be moving out as soon as possible. This is not to mention the random charges added on to my account that no one from any office can seem to figure out. So very disappointed in this experience.
