        I called Plumbcare looking for someone who could tackle cleaning an extremely compacted outdoor drain. After questioning me about the issue over the phone, they advised it would likely require a jetter which they did not have. But they kindly recommended another plumber in the area who did have the necessary equipment. I appreciate that all this was done over the phone so it did not waste my time or money on an unecessary service call. Due to their honesty and helpfulness, I will consider Plumbcare for future plumbing needs.
