The manager/owner apparently has nothing better to do than boot handicapped people for parking in her lot for literally 2 minutes...she doesn't have any business and after meeting her I can see why.

Would give negative stars if I could. I guess the business must be struggling because she practices predatory booting of vehicles who errantly park in her lot. Maybe she should actually post the lot. Instead, she rushes out and boots your vehicle as fast as she can and extorts a 50.00 fee to take it off. Terrible person. I would never, ever go here for framing and will be sure to tell all friends and family to do business elsewhere as well.

Got extorted for $50 because I parked in her COMPLETELY empty lot to deliver something to her neighbors ( I am handicapped and cannot walk several blocks to another spot, it was completely empty) ..this woman actually had a boot on my car within about 60 seconds. I will be calling the city, as well, as VA law states if she charges anything, it has to be less than $25. She is incredibly rude and one day, she will get back what she gives out to others. I hope she thinks of me that day. I'd give no stars if I could, as with her attitude she deserves negative stars.

Melinda was very helpful by trying to find just the right frames. I am always pleased with the end result, and she has an excellent eye for what works and what doesnt.
