Weve bought two houses with the help of Will and LTM. I always find him to be straightforward and honest, and for him and his team to be thorough and responsive. Their app makes all the document signing really easy. Will also was happy to talk to us through the pros and cons of a rate lock late at night to ensure we didnt end up worse off the following morning, which I felt was going above and beyond. I also really appreciated having my mortgage advisor be someone local who I know personally and responds to texts, rather than a faceless person you cant get on the phone. Would recommend Will and LTM to anyone!
