Angela and Julie have been such a godsend to us the last few months! They helped us sell our home for top dollar and then find the perfect new home to move to! In this day and age where realtors are plentiful- it really makes the good ones stand out when they go above and beyond to help their clients! For the selling process, they helped us stage our home and get wonderful pictures so that our home basically sold itself- we had multiple showings the weekend and went under contract within 48 hours for full asking price! For the buying process, they sent us listing notifications in the areas we were looking as soon as they were posted and helped us be the first to see the properties we were interested in. Once we found the house we wanted, they helped us negotiate our terms and get the sellers to help with closing costs, replace the old roof, and complete some necessary repairs- they walked us through the entire process and made it SO simple, easy, and fun... even during all of this COVID 19 craziness! We now consider both Angela and Julie not just our realtors- but our friends. They truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to help them through the real estate processes!

I met Angela and Julie when I was first looking at homes in Hendersonville. They helped me buy a new build. Their skill and attention made the journey through a new build so easy. They thought of everything and made sure everything was perfect. Flash forward three years and I decided to move again. I had made lots of friends in the real estate business. I even had family in the industry. But I chose Angela and a Julie because they were the neutral choice. What I didnt know was that was the best decision I could have ever made. My home had only been on the market a couple of weeks when I had to leave town early one morning because my mom had been admitted to a hospital in fatal condition. As I left town, I called Angela. She was calm, in control (when I wasnt), and said one thing, What can I do? I simply said, Sell this house. And that she did. Along with Julie, she handled all the showings, all the questions, everything. As my mom eventually died, she did it all and rarely bothered me. My house sold in a little over a month. The (full-price) offer we accepted came in the night before I came back to my home. Angela and Julie can do it all and do it all with grace. They will involve you as much as you want to be involved. In my case, Angela had complete control. I was kept abreast of progress and significant decisions; but she did it. Angela and Julie are the most honest, realistic, knowledgeable, and strategic professionals; and they do it all with integrity and care. Their communication skills are unmatched. I know they worked harder than anyone to sell my house. Angela took my phone calls and texts at all hours and on any day. She was always positive and always willing to explain, guide, and recommend. Angela and Julie somehow do it all with a smile and a positive, calming nature. I know I made the right decision. I made the best decision. I am forever indebted to Angela and Julie for helping me through two major life events; its not often that your mom dies while you are trying to sell a house. Choose this team. Choose the best. You will not regret it. Let them work for you the way they have worked for me. Let them find success for you!!
