PTC Wellness Centers

Staff is good, but they dont know how to manage. They keep you waiting for long time. Management need to train their staff how to communicate and reduce the delays. Especially on weekdays.

Waited for an hour and twenty minutes . No one said a word to us the entire time. They were not busy and everyone who arrived after us had already been seen. Told them to take me off their wait list as they hadn't bothered to take any info from me and their response was " oh, ok". Great customer service!

Waited over 2 hours with my 2 year old AFTER checking in. I get that walk-ins are generally serviced after appointments but the time we waited was ridiculous. Not to mention the multiple over the phone health screenings, only to be asked the same questions by the nurse. if you're looking to kill time THIS IS THE PLACE.

Rude does not begin to describe the treatment I received from Brenda at PTC today. Brenda, Im sorry I didnt have a mask. Brenda, Im sorry couldnt keep up with your rapid fire questions. Brenda, Im sorry that you didnt like the clarification questions I asked. I normally get my prescriptions filled at PTC, so yeah, I was confused when you asked for my pharmacy. Also, you didnt even allow me to tell you what was wrong. And then you had the audacity to claim me rude! Wow. I hope you were having a bad day because otherwise, you have no business being in the healthcare field. It would be one thing if this was an isolated incident with PTC, but while it was by far the worst, it is definitely not the only time this has happened. I simply dont understand it. I NEVER have issues like this anywhere else. Anyway, if you want to be treated with kindness, caring, and respect, dont step foot near PTC.
