Great products and even greater customer service. Brian and Alex really rocked it. I'd highly recommend them especially if you are just entering the smartbed market as we were. They didn't oversell or undersell us on their product line. I think we got exactly what we needed and at a great price. I coudn't be more satisfied.

We had the best experience. This was really a low/no pressure experience. The associates let the beds speak for themselves. BUT, that doesn't mean that they weren't helpful. ALL, and they were numerous, of my questions got answered. 1 month with our new bed and we are very, very happy. The whole process was very positive, the sales, the delivery and every step in between. And I thought the bed I had before, my 20 year old King Koil, was comfortable, And it was. But it wasn't this comfortable. Yes, expensive, but so far we feel it's worth it. We also bought a new frame, to keep the kitties out from under the bed. The refined sidewing in charcoal chenille. We have sharp clawed kitties and it still looks new a month later. Can't vouch for other fabrics, but this one holds up well to wear and tear.

The Lynchburg Sleep Number store was very easy to deal with. We interacted with three different sales people over a period of several weeks. All were friendly and patiently explained the difference between bed models. Our purchased was handled quickly and we felt the quality of customer service was excellent.
