    Update..... changing ro 1 star. don't think this is on the technician. Internet crapped out again after they left Saturday later in the evening with 10 people here to watch basketball. Couldn't even read scores or anything on the screen the entire weekend. Two new technicians came out today and ran a new line from the radio to the Box saying everything was fine when they left. Guess what? Still sucks! Not once have offered a credit for the terrible service offered over the last 2 years. It's been a constant struggle and when I call in there's always a different excuse or Reason from the text on the phone. Fiber is bound to kill business for this company in Amherst County. Ernie and Josh came out for a service call. They arrived at the early side of the range we're very quick and efficient. Also seems very knowledgeable and so far my speeds are better than they've been. Definitely hope if I need service these guys come back. Anybody gets a service call you'll be lucky if they are sent

    I have no complaints about our installation a couple of years ago, but for the past few months we have had a lot of issues with our internet being out so we have to end up using our hotspot from our phones in order to watch Roku TV. Then we get warnings from our phone service saying that we are out of data .This is beginning to be a problem and we pay quite a bit a month for our services. It's hard to get in touch with anyone and usually it's the next day before we can get service. Really disappointed.

    We have had Seiontec Infinasky internet for years at our house, we love the service and their customer service is amazing! Ariane in the office helped my husband and I get set up with the new fiber and was very pleasant and tentative to our needs. I recommend for anyone in my area!
