    This is the best run health insurance company Ive worked with. Examples: 1. Customer service is easily accessible. Their agents have all been personable and knowledgeable. Ive had to call PCHP several times to get their help regarding an incompetent billing company, and with questions about network coverage, and all have been helpful interactions. 2. EOBs are timely and easy to read. 3. This company was proactive enough to send me a letter advising me to change from soon-to-be non-covered medication to an equivalent covered one, which I found very helpful when speaking to my doctor.

    Said a medication I desperately needed for my life was not on their formulary list. Come to find out that the medication IS ON THE LIST. The people do not know how to do their job!

    This is the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. Customer service is horrible. Rude and not helpful at all. The coverage is next to none and you pay an arm and leg for it. I will most def be going back to Anthem. If I could give them zero stars I would! It's sad you have to file appeals and stay on the phone for hours trying to get them to do their job. I will make sure to let everyone know to use any other company except this one.

    My wife tried to do the Change Information Tab and after almost 10 tries of clicking "Continue," nothing happened. No swirling image, no sand timer clock, nothing. Not even an error message. And when we tried use the "Contact Us" option for email, it would not allow her to use her own email, only wanting to use email from the Outlook setting on the computer. Extremely unprofessional to not place an email and/or email link that is accessible, as well as not allowing "Change Information" to actually change information.
