        I had a really negative experience recently at Lancaster Galleries. I had multiple issues with a recent order and when I discussed them with Mr. Phillips, he told me I was complaining. He was extremely rude to both my and my Mother and I will not shop here again.

        After several days of furniture shopping around the area, we had found an ottoman that we liked but didnt really care for the other pieces that went with it. At Lancaster Galleries, the owners actually took the time with us and researched the style of furniture that went with the fabric we liked and in one afternoon we were able to order exactly what we wanted - a sofa, two chairs, an ottoman, and pillows. We love how this all turned out! It is American made, extremely comfortable and a great value!

      Hello,We have read your review and are sorry to hear you feel this way. Your complaints were immediately responded to—we also pointed out that the leather sofa and chair you purchased was made exactly like what you saw on display, except for one issue on the sofa cushion jacket, which we were willing to immediately remedy as we agreed with you. We then called the manufacturer’s sales rep of this line to let him know you were still unsatisfied and he thought it best that we issue you a full refund, which we did. We appreciate your mom’s business and are glad to hear she was happy with her sofa purchase. Have a great day!
