Ms. Scott: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your assertion that you were turned away for financial reasons is perplexing because when we spoke I asked you no questions about finances — yours or anyone else’s. Upon receiving notice of your review from Google, I tried to call you to discuss your concerns, seeing if perhaps we had a miscommunication. My call to you went to voicemail, so I’ll reply here. When we spoke, I explained that we are unable to help you. We have a very narrowly tailored practice, finding that it is better for our clients that we specialize in a particular thing rather than trying to handle all legal matters. Without publicly discussing your situation here, I will reiterate that what you are seeking is outside of what we do. I explained that we couldn’t help you and referred you to an attorney who handles the practice area that you are seeking. Please feel free to return my call to discuss your dissatisfaction, but I am not sure what else I can do for you other than say I am sorry you are unhappy with our brief phone call.
