CVS

I moved my scripts from the Wards Rd. location because of the RUTHLESS RUDENESS that I experience everytime I go in---from the front counter to the pharmacy. The Old Forest location is AWESOME!! Ms. Atara Taylor in is on point especially when other pharmacist make a mistake and cannot own up. She is always reliable, polite, informative and I'm lucky to have found this location and Ms. Taylor. All the other employees have been on point. The only downfall is that this location is a nice drive from home. I don't know if I'm the only one noticing but most pharmacies in Lynchburg are dropping "the ball" and then are RUDE. Not here at Old Forest Rd.--+ I will definitely keep using this location while having my surgeries.

June 14, 2023 At the location 3100 Old Forest Blvd., the CVS staff was professional. I was treated with courtesy and attention to my medication needs, and my request was expedited within less than a half-hour. The store was clean, as well as the front counter, where I was greeted with a smile and a welcome to CVS. The pharmacist was prompt with opening the pharmacy just prior or right precisely at 9 AM. The pharmacist also greeted me with a smile and treated her employees with kindness and expressions of joy. Due to my experience with CVS, at this location, I will continue to shop their store, as well as promote this location as the top location within the Lynchburg area.
