Craftsman Custom Home Builders

This was the first time we built a house and had no idea where to start or what to do. We looked at different builders and finally chose Craftsman. We are glad that we did. Charity has went over and beyond with helping us. She listened to our wants and needs and guided us through the process. She made sure that everything was on schedule and completed. ALL of the contractors did an amazing job. We are so happy with our home and want to THANK Charity from the bottom of our hearts!!!

I will start out by saying this company is first class. The owner not only has a degree in design, but she cares about every home and customer as if she were building her own dream home. Charity takes all of your dream ideas, desires, and wants and implements them into the build. Charity, and her team are easy to work with, and deliver extremely happy customers every time. I've seen every home she has designed over the past 5 years, and all of them have been amazing with extremely happy home owners. I wish her, and her company many years of continued success, and keep blessing people with the homes of their dreams.

So far, so Great!! Craftsman Custom Home Builders in Lynchburg really have worked hard to make the process as enjoyable as possible. They did a great job in getting us started, made sure that we understood exactly what we will have at COA time, went carefully through all steps, phases, materials, fixtures, placements, made sure we would get exactly what we are wanting to see. Plenty of great communications in process, not to mention patience in dealing with the 1001 questions we keep having, were/are willing to work with us to let us provide some of our items ourselves (mostly appliances that we really wanted to do ourselves). Great, easy to understand design center and options! The subcontractors thus far have all proven their quality, speed, courteousness, and how very helpful they have been as well. So far, Craftsman as a group have checked every box that I have on my bucket list quite well - great quality on the site.. in all the right places! If you are looking to build, and haven't given these great guys (and gals) a try.. go and talk with them.. We think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Fantastic group to work with. They are able to make our new house a reality when other companies did not have time or interest in our plans. It was nice to use their design center to help choose our decor. If you want personal service; choose Craftsman custom Home builders.

Hey folks, just gotta give a shoutout to Craftsman Custom Home Builders! These guys rock! From the first chat to the final walk-through, they were awesome. Super friendly, always there to answer our questions, and they really listened to what we wanted. Communication was spot on, and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. And let me tell you, the attention to detail in our home is insane! It's like they read our minds and made it even better than we imagined. They'll make your dream home a reality, no doubt about it.
