        0 stars if possibleThis the most aweful credit union I have ever dealt with. They have added over 12000 dollars to my vehicle loan unauthorized for some Cpi insurance. Buyer Beware. I have tried to send my vehicle insurance paperwork to them multiple times and they keep saying they dont receive it and it was sent from the dealership on the day I bought my vehicle as well . I dont know what to do at this point.Stay as far away as possible

        The branch manager was at the teller desk I didn't know he was the branch manager to after my transition request was completed! The manager and his team gives great customer service!! Thanks freedom credit union staff!!
