I don't recommend this builder to anyone, been waiting over 10 months for issues on my house to be taken care of, still no screens for my windows, and haven't been reimbursed for the leveling of the septic system, or the gutter drains in yard that I had to pay for, total disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!

More than just a normal builder. Zechini is a custom builder. If you can think it up, they can build it. If you want something different, then this is the builder. Awesome work by everyone involved. A credit to Lynchburg.

Worst decision I made was buying from him. Having issues with a lot of things in my new home. Have a warranty on the house and he won't even get anyone out to see the problems and now going to have to go to court just to get the things fixed that legally he is required to fix. I would never again buy or recommend this homes to anyone. Worst decision of my life was buying from him and believing he was a honest man. My neighbors have the same issue with him. they have a crack in their foundation after only having the new home for 8 months. That is a problem that should never happen this early into the home owning experience. I told them to lawyer up and make him come out and fix his screw up. These home are health and financial risks that no one should have to go through.
