The baked goods were delicious but the customer service was very disappointing. No eye contact, no smiles, almost to the point of unfriendliness from all 3 people behind the counter.

My husband and I took a cookie decorating class and had a great time! The learning space was immaculate, the class informative with plenty of guided practice--and cookies to take home! Lots of attention had been paid to the class development and it was very well organized, with materials prepared and placed at each station. The instructor encouraged a friendly atmosphere.

Love love love this place!! Super solid study spot if you need a place to work or study as a student. Also great if just wanna chill and hangout with friends. The menu selection for a midday pick me up is wonderful, even if youre looking for a full meal or simple pastry. All of their food is fresh and looks amazing! The coffee is delicious and there is variety with lattes. My sister and I got more unusual flavors, her ordering orange and rosemary for myself and they did not disappoint!! The staff were amazing and all were incredibly sweet and complimentary. Will definitely be back, especially if theyre open and Im just shopping at Scratch, Ill for sure swing by! Vegetarian options: There is a little bit of everything, so its pretty easy to distinguish what is and isnt vegetarian. Overall, just ask! Dietary restrictions: They have plenty of options to accommodate and will try to if able! Parking: Open lot in front Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly ! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible!!

Boston cream croissant was very good. Had a house coffee. But they ran out. 9:50 am. Still busy but theyre not making any more??
