I requested a quote, which is automated and not customized. After receiving it, I got an email encouraging me to get in touch with questions on my quote. I emailed 4 times asking for follow up and never got a response. UDATE. Just go this email. Clearly another automated response. "I know you are probably shopping around a few companies to make sure you are happy with whoever you choose... And I can't blame you. We've tried to design every aspect of your experience with our company to make you as happy as possible, for that very reason. If you would like to move forward with us, all you need to do is confirm the cleaning package that will meet your needs best. To confirm your package, use this link View Proposal" Nothing personal or customized about this place, folks. They just want your package.

I hired Lynchburg Organics for a deep cleaning service in April as well as 4 bimonthly cleanings and I was very impressed by how thorough and meticulous they were. They left my house sparkling and smelling fresh. However, I am disappointed by their poor communication skills and their lack of accountability. During the first cleaning, they broke one of my blinds in the bedroom. They let me know right away and offered replacement blinds. I had to contact them several times to get them to fix it, and it took them two months to do so. In June, they broke a curtain rod in another room. The owner, Derek, finally came to fix the blind in June and promised to replace the rod as soon as possible. He did give me a gift card to a local business as an apology for taking so long with the blinds. However, since then, I have not heard from him or his team at all about the replacement curtain rod despite my repeated attempts to reach them by phone, email, and text. Original contact June 15 via text, reached out again August 15, September 19, October 4, October 6, and October 19. They are ignoring me and avoiding their responsibility. I am very frustrated by their lack of communication and professionalism. I would not recommend this cleaning company to anyone who values honesty and customer service. I understand that things happen, but it's not acceptable to ignore your customers for months.
