We worked with Charles to order the carpet we needed for our renovation. We received very professional assistance both from Charles and the installation crew (who took every precaution to keep the mud and rain outside during the end of a very rainy week). The carpeting looks AMAZING! We'll definitely be doing business with Carpetland again!

This was the first time I had the opportunity to work with this Carpetland store. I was not only pleased with the salesman (Trevor) but once he quoted on the carpet for a full basement involving 6 rooms and 4 closets, their pricing was extremely competitive. At first I had to double check the details of the three quotes in order to insure the overall scope of work to be the same. Not only was it the same but the salesman made a recommendation that modified the scope of the work in order to address using a laminate floor behind a bar counter space. This oversight on my part would have caused some issues in the future when preparing drinks and food trays that would create cleaning issues.
The installation crew led by Alex, who was an extremely knowledgeable workman, was able to accomplish the work in one day. He was able to coordinate his 2 assistants using them to keep up with the many steps in the project. I had my doubts that this work could be done in just one day, (~1,600 sq.ft carpet and 56 sq.ft Luxury Vinyl Plank, 13 steps leading down to the basement) but he told me from their arrival time of his projected target completion time of 4 pm. He arrived at 6:45 am and finished the work and was fully packed up with all the trash and demolition waste carpet by 4:15!!!
The job went smoothly and we could not be more appreciative of the overall experience with Carpetland. I would trust not only their judgement but their quality of their workmanship......well done Alex and Trevor.

This was my first experience replacing any flooring. I went into Carpetland and received great customer service from Charles, Trevor and the store manager. At first I was almost overwhelmed with all the choices; my wife and I quickly settled on the carpet and laminate we wanted. The price was just what I had in my mind, oddly enough. The carpet and laminate arrived in about a month and was installed right after that. We paid extra to have furniture moved, it was one of the things I was stressing about. However, the installers did a fantastic job. I had one concern with how the laminate was installed and Carpetland corrected that within the week. This was a great experience and we will return again.
