        This place is absolutely a joke. Always understaffed, have no clue what they are doing. Deposit money into the wrong acct!. I was a bbt customer over 20 years. I closed up my account as of today with truist. This is why they merge. Bigger profits over people.

        This is the worst bank! Do not bank with Truist. I got a cashiers check and they took the money out of my account. Then 3 months later closed my account for fraud ! What ?! Absolutely the worse banking experience!

        I dont know how to leave a review for Truist as a whole, so Ill put this on my local one. The fees are constant and unforgiving. Im looking to start the daunting process of switching banks because this institution is built against poor people. I am ALWAYS waking up to some sort of maintenance fee from both my savings or my checking, and this morning that maintenance fee put me in the negative so Ive got to find some money to deposit a day before pay day so I dont also get hit with a $35 overdraft fee on top of my $12 maintenance fee. I shouldnt have to be fighting against my own bank account to try to get myself out of a bad place financially.
