        If I could add 5 more stars and give LYH a 10 star review, I would. My name is Joe and I have daughter attedning Liberty U. I live 10 hours away in Alabama. She has a 2008 Prius. People at Jiffy Lube told her the car was inoperable, thats a whole other story. I was told by another mechanic that all 4 injectors needed to be replaced and the cost would have been about 50% of the cars worth. That was not the case. I found LYH through the Liberty Univerisity FB parents page with reccomendations. LYH Auto got the job done at a 1/4 of the price quoted and they got to the root of the problem and guided me every step of the way. Be careful out there, lots of people taking advantage of people. LYH Auto is a diamond in the rough.

      Sometimes in life there are things that take priority over our day to day work routine. My wife and I, the owners and people who answer the phone, were out of the shop to attend a funeral. This gentleman did leave a voicemail, but then proceeded to call the shop relentlessly over a couple hours. We are a family business and family matters take priority over business.
