Customer Service: Absolutely amazing from walking into the door to walk around the car with the adjuster ( Brittany) they get 5 . The gentleman at the front was super sweet and explained all the documents he was asking me to sign. The adjuster was just as sweet she explained to me why she was marking different areas of my car and made sure she verified with me any areas that were not part of what I needed fixed. She went through the process and gave me estimates of how long it COULD take and what I could expect from them!!
