        I was referred to Jay by Haileys because they don't work on Samsung ovens. Jay came out & looked at my oven. The part to repair it was almost as expensive as buying new. Jay gave me great advice and recommendations (which he certainly did not have to do because it didn't benefit him in any way) and even came out to hook up my new oven once delivered because Lowes wouldn't hook up a gas range. He went above and beyond and I definitely recommend! He's very kind and courteous.
