I had a disappointing experience with this repair service for my trailer. After I broke a shackle and bent an axle due to hitting a pothole, the service provider agreed to fix it. However, there were several issues that arose during the repair process. Firstly, there were delays in obtaining the necessary parts, which led to me having to source the parts myself as they couldn't get them the same day. Additionally, there were multiple instances where incorrect parts were asked of us to get, resulting in further complications and the trailer breaking down shortly after the initial repair. Moreover, a mistake in tightening the crown nut caused additional problems, requiring an extra day to fix. Despite these issues, the service provider refused to offer a refund or adequately address the recurring problem. Overall, I would caution other customers to stay away from this repair service due to the inefficiency, lack of attention to detail, and unsatisfactory resolution of issues.
