Inova Imaging Center - Lorton HealthPlex

The staff who conduct mammography and ultrasound at this facility are AMAZING!!! Hats off to you ladies!!! I have been going there since it opened and they are A+ every time. The check in process is horrible! I was repeatedly asked to sign for things I could not see or read. Inova should maintain better/fair standards for how they conduct business.

Do not go here. Staff is rude and don't care. You can't call to schedule an appointment. All you get is a message to say they only accept walk in only. But when you show up they tell you have to schedule an appointment.

Have utilized this Inova Healthplex many times for various purposes (ER, xray, mri services - all unrelated!!) over the past year. The staff at all levels are amazing!! I found front desk admin, attending physicians, and xray technicians all to be welcoming, attentive, and down-to-earth people. The facility itself is very clean (thanks cleaning crew!!), new, and user-friendly. Always seems empty with plenty of parking but perhaps this has just been my luck? So grateful to have facility and its staff in our community!

Ms Gloria L, the technician of the radiology, was kind and sweet. On March 17, I was at HealthPlex Lorton for DEXA and Mammogram and Gloria went above & beyond to assist me.
