My husband and I have been using the services of Brandon Rushing Lawn & Garden Care for about five years now and have only high praise. Our yard use to be an embarrassment but now is lovely -- we even get compliments from expert gardeners. We also started using the landscaping services of the company for my dad's home last year -- plants were starting to get overgrown. Braudytt Reyes from the company worked with us to get the landscaping under control -- my dad's yard now looks great. More recently, we needed to have some repair work done quickly in my dad's yard (there were deep tire marks made when a heavy truck accidentally drove onto the lawn -- off the driveway). I reached out to Braudytt to get a date before my dad's home went officially on the market to sell. Braudytt worked with colleagues (including Tammy Addison) to make this request happen in a timely way. We appreciate Braudytt's commitment to excellence as well as the overall staff. Everyone is always professional and willing to work with the homeowner.

Horacio Chica Garcias and his son did a great job running my down spout drain to the curb. They worked very hard, were very polite, and did a great job. After they left, you could not tell anyone had been here and the area looked perfect. Patrick Russell provided the quote. All Brandon Rushing folks are on time, and they do what they say they will do.

Horrible company, do not use! Called Brandon Rushing to get a quote on lawn maintenance. They said they had to come out to see the yard, which makes sense. Set an appointment for a few days later. Had to take time off work to be home for this. After 50 mins PAST the scheduled appointment time, there was still no communication (to text or call and no one had shown) I called to see what was going on. The person then said "Oh, this was a virtual appointment" - They did not say this at all when scheduling, much less, how do you check the yard and all the specifics "virtually". Then she said, " I sent you an invite email" 15 mins AFTER the scheduled appointment time. Talk about horrible communication and lack of respect for the customer. Lost work time for this so I still asked for a quote and it was at least 3 - 4 times greater than everyone else I checked with, even the large expensive companies. Plus they have you pay monthly for the whole year, not just the summer months. More like a used car sales tactic to charge more but make is seem "more affordable". If you use this company, you have been warned.
