JK Carpets replaced all of the carpet and flooring in our house with artificial hardwood. They ended up laying over 5k square feet of LVP and it turned out great! The whole process only took a week. They were responsive and on time and the floors look awesome! Would definitely recommend their services!

I’ve used JK twice now for flooring consultation and installation, and they’re a joy to work with. They helped me make excellent choices with quality products at very competitive prices. Don’t bother with the big box stores — you’ll get much better service and quality and service for similar cost. They’re an honest, long-standing, family owned business that I’m proud to support and recommend.

I called the store the day before I went to inquire about a particular carpet. I talked to Michelle, who was very friendly and professional over the phone. She told me that whatever I was looking for, they probably had just not under the same name as other big chain stores. I arrived at the store the next day and had a very different experience. I believe I interrupted Michelle's breakfast because she came out from the back eating. Some would consider this unprofessional, but I understand grabbing a bite when business is slow. I was the only patron there. The phones were not ringing off the hook. So it seems to me that she had more than enough time to help me. She did not even attempt to help. She excused herself to finish up in the back and while she was gone I browsed the samples in the showroom. I saw some great choices and was really excited. When she came back, I showed her a picture of the carpet I was looking for and without even checking, she told me they didn't have it. She showed me another carpet, which looked nothing like what I had shown her (I assume it was a cheaper carpet). So I explained I wouldn't mind a different pattern but I'd like similar colors (which I'd already seen while I browsed). She told me she didn't have anything like that. As she flipped through the carpet samples, I saw the carpet I had shown her in the first place. When I pointed it out, she told me that carpet was very expensive. I said "I know. I have an estimate from Lowe's for it." I was there because Lowe's will take about 3 weeks and I need it sooner. The price was not an issue. Still, she kept repeating that the carpet I wanted was very expensive and that they didn't have anything I was looking for (Even though I was LOOKING RIGHT AT IT). At this point it was clear that she just did not want to sell anything to ME. I felt like I was in the Rodeo Drive scene from Pretty Woman. Michelle basically dismissed me and started walking me out while wishing me a happy 4th of July. Like the sales associate in Pretty Woman, the company missed out on a big sale. But I'm happy I was treated that way because I would rather not give my money to people like that. What takes the cake is that they have a bible scripture on their signage. 1 Peter 4:10 which talks about ministering with God's grace. I called about an hour later, just to give her the benefit of the doubt. I asked if they had a lot of orders to process today (Maybe behind the scenes she was too busy to help me). She told me not really. I also wanted to make sure that the other samples I'd seen were actually available. She told me they were and that it would take about a 3-5 days for them to receive the product. All this would have been perfect. I'm really disappointed. The guys at Lowe's are super helpful and kind. So I'll wait the weeks it'll take to work with them.

We hired JK to install a new tile floor in our laundry room. Michelle provided exceptional customer service! She was knowledgeable about their flooring and helped me choose the grout color. The installer was friendly, courteous, and skilled. I am very particular about details and he did an amazing job! The end result is perfect! Thank you!
