They need more efficient receptionist to answer the phone. Told her I needed an exam and refraction for glasses appointment, she asked if I had contacts ordered. Told her no hurry on the appointment, she was taking forever looking for cancellations. Told her needed a morning appointment, she wanted to give me 2 pm. Then proceeds to tell me I will HAVE to have an exam because I haven't been there in a while. Kept looking through the schedule with no luck. I was frustrated and gave it up. I'll go somewhere else.
Good grief Charlie Brown.

Dr Weaver is wonderful!
Staff is courteous and accommodating.

I called this morning to ask for my son's visit notes be sent over to another office and I had a great experience on the phone. I did not get her name but she was so friendly and compassionate - I even called back to ask for her name and ended up speaking with the office manager, she too was so friendly!
Thank you for all that you are doing at this office, you all are doing a great job !!! I've worked in healthcare for 10 years now and we need more offices like you !!

Disreputable employees. I was charged $50 for my visit and she billed my insurance company for the same charge.Fraudlent and should be prosecuted
