Liberty Tax

Did my taxes with Mr. John in the past and he was awesome, def miss his presence! I had my taxes done today with Liliana, she was very kind and pleasant. She gave good advice. The receptionist/secretary lady was polite & caring each time. Another tax preparer helped me to make copies while Liliana was away and she used the term "we" which I thought was nice because it shows they're team players. I was just disappointed about the price being different from the previous several years considering this year was not as fast but I guess it is what it is! Overall I'm satisfied..4.5 ~thank you!!

Terrible experience with this place. They were unprofessional and condescending. The whole point of going to this place was to have them help me with write offs and save me money, however, the cost ended up being exactly the same as what turbo tax said it would be. Do yourself a favor and save 500 dollars. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
