It forced me to give 1 star, else Id give 0. My wife needed a sleep study. She called multiple times to schedule, no return call. I finally called on her behalf and was able to schedule it. 4 weeks passed with no contact about results. Again, my wife called multiple times with no call back. I finally called and received a call back. Rather than tell us over the phone, scheduled an in office visit (office charge ($)). Sat in the office for 40 minutes, no doctor. Ive personally used this clinic in the past (though Dr. Pooyan), but neither my wife nor I will do business with this practice again!! Also, the patient room we waited in was filthy and obviously had not been cleaned. There was a collection of hair, dust, and debris on the ground behind the door.
