Initially it was difficult for me to start the therapy process but now I look forward to it. It has been such a pleasure working with Dr. Ryan over the last year. He is such an amazing person to work with! He is such a great listener and he has helped me become the best version of myself.

I am very glad I met Dr. Carboneau (Ryan) seven months ago. He's compassionate, nonjudgmental and affable. Someone once told me--when looking for a therapist, look for someone who looks like you. I'm glad I didn't take this advice! The addition of a compassionate male to the narrative has allowed me to draw unique connections and actually explore even deeper self-compassion than offered by other female friends or therapists. 10/10 recommend. Other details: - I see Ryan completely virtually and I prefer it that way. Ryan is so friendly- I've never felt like things were awkward or that he felt distant. My understanding is that there's an in-person option though...And possibly a cute therapy puppy too? - I would say he offers some expertise in talking to healthcare workers about unique healthcare challenges we're all facing - CBT vibes, but not strictly CBT if that's not your thing

I've had to face some difficult issues in my life recently, and Ryan was big help in dealing with them. He is a great listener, challenged me with some difficult questions, and provided insight and topics to research that were Very Helpful. I would not hesitate to reccomend him.

I Called (left my name) 3x in a timeframe of 2 days but no response or call back. It's uncertain why. I guess this ain't the right selection for me. On to my next search!

I would put a zero star I could. I do not know how this place is in business. Dr. Ryan Carboneau does NOT provide anything above what you find with any google search!!!!!!!! He tells you you should stop doing X without any guidance. If someone could stop being anxious just on the fly, why bother going to a therapist?!! Second, the appointment was a disaster. Dr. Carboneau gave the same time to two people!!! Last but not least, he did not even provided the receipt to me which I certainly will complaint to state for. After the appointment, as he realized I may not need every week session to charge me for, he stopped even responding to me. NEVER go this practice. If you are going to pay out-of-pocket, why not go somewhere with credible care?!!
