        I called to schedule a visit for my daughter who would have been a first time patient but I was on hold for over 12 mins. Not a great first impression.

        Dr Andrew is a good. Sometimes I felt a little rushed out the door, but at the same time it might have been me not ready with questions on hand. Wish the nurses were a little more loving when giving shots. Scheduling is VERY rude, I told them we were out of town on short term assignment but still come back to leesburg for appointments and house maintance. The lady refused to make any more appointments for my daughter saying we should find care elsewhere since we are out of town. They were also rude when I called to transfer care. Good help is hard to come by I suppose.
