Moon did an amazing job on my nails! I came in with a photo of what I had in mind and the results were even better than the photo. I'll definitely be back!

Really disappointed with the experience I had at Precious, especially for them being so highly rated. My nail tech, Kathy, did not open sterile tools (at least not in front of me) during my visit. Instead it seemed like the tools had been in her little cup all day. She did not wear gloves for my pedicure or manicure services and on multiple occasions used her own fingernails to get extra nail polish off my toes or nails, like someone would do giving themselves a manicure at home. To think how many people has she done that to today?! My cuticles were cut twice during my manicure, were not mentioned and just worked around. The pedicure service was fine, but the manicure left a lot to be desired. I am doubtful I will visit Precious again especially after a $110 bill for the services received today.
