We had an atypical financial profile and Mark provided expert guidance regarding markets, rates, and the purchasing process during a period of significant market volatility. His professional insights and market acumen made a somewhat complex situation very manageable and effortless on our part. Moreover, from a customer service perspective, Mark understood our eagerness to quickly and efficiently close the deal.
